Inspiration found in a café near me!
On a beautiful spring day my coworkers and I took a walk to the sweet café, Birdie's, down the street. As I took a look at the menu I was distracted by this beautiful work of art for sale amongst all the adorable offerings in that super cute shop! I just love bowling and love vintage jewelry so this is something I was amazed by. As usual, I happily I took my photo as everyone waited for me and studied all the buttons, baubles, rhinestones, marbles, and brooches in this treasure. All day I was showing the girls my photo and excitement then another creative co-worker gave me the best idea for a fun theme that I could do on a bowling ball... stay tuned for more details on that!
But now that my bowling ball project she suggested is finished I'm dying to recreate this one with vintage jewelry but definitely do not have enough to cover an entire ball... so is there something else smaller scale I can do... hmmm??? Or do I need more trips to more antique stores and rummages?!
